Shipping Policy
At IrwinKatsof, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we can only accept returns of physical products that are in their original condition. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you are returning a product, please include a note with your name and order number. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.
